About Us
Rowans Group is the umbrella group which incorporates Rowans Music (est 1988) and the more recently formed Rowans Scientific.
It is a family business, run principally by Steven Levitt, supported by his wife Lynette, and at various times by other members of the extended family.
Rowans Music as the name implies, provides a range of musical services, from Piano Teaching, Accompanying, Vocal Coaching and Perfoming. Steven again is most active in this field, but Lynette is once again pursuing her singing career more actively, having raised a family.
Rowans Scientific started at the beginning of 2007 as the vehicle to publish a book of research papers for Lynette's father, prior to his undergoing major heart surgery. The surgery was very successful, and the book is now available on the Scientific Web site!
